    As Şahince Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in order to protect employees, subcontractors and visitors under our control from occupational health and safety hazards and to provide them with a safe and healthy working environment in the activities we carry out in the automotive supply industry;

    • We will comply with legal and other requirements regarding occupational health and safety,
    • We will take the necessary measures to prevent fire, natural disasters and emergencies arising from the workplace,
    • We will manage the occupational safety aspects of newly commissioned machinery, equipment, hardware, materials and chemicals,
    • We will take measures by evaluating the risks related to ergonomic and occupational safety arising from the working environment and the work carried out,
    • We will provide all employees with personal protective equipment in accordance with the hazards and legislation and monitor their use,
    • We will create a safe working environment by preventing work accidents and work-related incidents,
    • We will encourage employees at all levels to consult and participate in matters related to occupational health and safety,
    • We undertake that we will comply with occupational health and safety management system standards, provide the necessary infrastructure and follow up the results by continuously improving its effectiveness.
