Þahince Otomotiv San. Ve Tic. A.Þ. is a sub-industry company in the automotive sector, located in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone. In 1984, the foundation established under the name of Þahinkul based on the collaboration of the families Þahin and Kul that were used to service in machining by small business concerns starting from 1980's.

After that Þahinkul managed to rank foremost among its competitors as a sub-industry in the automotive sector. The company determined a growthiness in accordance with the automotive sector.In 1995, depending on the insufficiency of the existing facilities Þahinkul moved to its new constructed modern production plant in Demirtaþ Organized Industrial Zone. Meanwhile, effectuated the new divisions of sheet metal stamping and die production as well.

In 2001, following the developments of the automotive sector worldwide and also in Turkey, the company started to construct a new plant in Bursa Organized Industrial Zone as a perfect foresight. In tandem with the construction, in order to form larger and complete sheet metal parts, there occured the investments of presses with high tonnage and wide tables. In this respect to produce bigger sized dies, the die division has also been supported with the latest technology machinary with bigger tables as well.

In 2007, the period of withdraw from partnership that begun in 2005 has ended and the family Þahin has split with the family Kul. After this period of leaving the partnership, Þahin Family proceed on its way by changing the name of Þahinkul Otomatçýlýk A.Þ. that used during this period, into Þahince Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Þ.

Þahince Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Þ. is one of the leading sub-industry companies of the automotive sector by producing parts of approximately 1000 different references in a plant of 13000 m2 closed area. With the export of some of its productions Þahince Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Þ. plays a serious role in both Bursa and Turkish Economy.
